If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer (unless the product was faulty or incorrect).
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the item. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges:
We currently do not support direct exchanges. To replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
